Changing Education

When I was I child I have to go to a Public school, for this reason I know how is this world, I want to start saying that in this world there are many good teachers and good students, but many times they cannot  do more things because the legal rules prevents them grow up, for instants  here in Colombia just  five percent of students  may be non-promoted, in this way  students know  they are  going to be promoted  because  it five percent in most cases is equals to one  and a half student.  Thus, the students are  fill to conformity and do not care study.
